The present terms and conditions apply to the MaaS Market conference, Inmarsat Conference Centre, 99 City Road, London EC1Y 1AX, on March 22 and 23, 2017.
1. How to book
Payment is made as part of the registration process. No registration is effective until payment has been received and processed successfully.
Fees paid by participants cover, as appropriate, admission to all the conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, and the networking drinks and canapés reception. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
2. Confirmation of Registration
An email confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant upon receipt of payment together with an invoice. Delegates are asked to bring a copy of the confirmation.
3. Changes of participant
Organisations/companies who have purchased places can change names of participants until March 10, 2017, free of charge, contacting the organiser
4. Cancellation Policy – cancellation by the participant
Participants can cancel their registrations until and including February 21, 2017. Until that date, payments received will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants), minus a fee of £40 to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event. In case of cancellation after February 21, 2016 or in case of no-show, no refunds will be made. Cancellations are only valid if received in writing or by email by the organiser.
5. Cancellation Policy – cancellation by the organiser
If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation.
In the event that the MaaS Market conference is cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. Participants waive all claims for damages in this case.
